Install MinePlan.
Choose options 'system space' while installing.
Copy whole folder \patch\MineSight_license\
to hard disk.
Run as admin install_server.bat and follow
the steps by default. Wait till is done.
Create System Variable:
MINTEC_LICENSE=5053@localhost
Reboot.
