補充一下
有幾位網友的nVidia 顯示卡在安裝Forceware 後螢幕變成慘淡的16 色
我以前也遇過這種情形, 推斷是與xp sp2 內建之顯卡驅動衝到了 (新驅動覆蓋舊驅動產
生問題)
在此建議有舊款nv 顯卡的人在安裝Forceware 之前
以Driver Cleaner 先行清除xp sp2 內建之顯卡驅動
清除步驟如下:
安裝好Driver Cleaner 後請...
1. 重新開機後進入安全模式 (F8), 執行Driver Cleaner
2. 選擇nVidia, 此即為移除nv 顯示卡驅動之選項
3. 按Start 開始執行清除程式
4. 清除完之後再重新開機
5. 安裝新驅動
新版Forceware (9x.xx) 對舊款的nv 顯卡的相容性不佳, 就算標示有支援, 但連安裝都
不一定能順利抓到
所以建議各位擁有舊款nv 顯卡 (能被 xp sp2 支援的都算, GF5(含) 以前的都是) 的人
在安裝新版Forceware (9x.xx) 驅動前, 請先多做一道移除xp sp2 內建nv 顯卡驅動的
手續以確保驅動是在乾淨的環境下安裝XD!!
以後做的xp 考慮預先砍掉內建顯示卡驅動了

為免又有人直接以覆蓋的方式做安裝Windows 的動作, 又質疑怎無自動安裝的功能, 以
及為了節省空間以容納新的更新, 所以把手動昇級的部份給移除
現在此版xp 只能以全新安裝的方式安裝
我發xp 時都已針對內容物做了說明及訴求
所以請各位大大高抬貴手盡量不要在此篇提及怎麼沒有整合常用的軟體
或是在整合軟體版xp 的帖內說乾淨版的xp 比較好用, 因為已經偏離主題了 (使用原始
Windows XP SP2 一切自行DIY 豈不快哉 )
我做的東西向來都是只待有緣人, 沒有強迫大家一定要吞下去的意思
而且我不覺得我做的東西有什麼過人之處啦
