破解說明:
1. Install NCSimul 9.0.1. For kind of setup select "Install NCSIMUL Machine using a network license sever"
Input for Address > localhost
Input for Port > 28091

2. Copy folders "NCSIMUL Machine" and "Spring License Server" to  (by default C:\Program Files\Spring Technologies\  or C:\Program Files (x86)\Spring Technologies\ ) and overwrite original "NCSIMUL Machine" folder

3. Go to "Spring License Server" folder and run as Administrator "server_install.bat".
Wait until new service will be installed and started
