There is no crack needed with this application provided your Powerdraft has a 
successful license or is cracked. 

Do NOT run the license tool either from the 
start/programs/bentley/InRoads Group XM/License Tool
or in your Program Files\Bentley\Inraods Group V8.9\bin

That is a redundant license tool that will WIPE all your registry licenses back 
to default values if you are using a cracked version of Microstation or Powerdraft.
