  Hampson-Russell provides both software and consulting services in the areas 
  of AVO Analysis, Seismic Inversion, Reservoir Characterisation and 
  Near-Surface Refraction Analysis.

  The AVO is designed to analyze the fluid content of reservoir rocks through 
  a combination of visual, analytical and modeling processes of the seismic 
  and well data. The program provides an intuitive capability to manage, 
  display and operate on seismic gather data for AVO attribute generation and 
  cross plotting.

  eLOG is a comprehensive well log editing and modeling tool designed to 
  prepare or create log data for use within the Hampson-Russell suite of 
  applications. New and edited data can be saved within the project, exported 
  as new well data or transferred through direct binary links to third party 
  applications.

  EMERGE is designed to predict reservoir properties using seismic attributes 
  and well log data. The technique trains on target data at the well locations 
  using multi-linear and neural network algorithms until an optimum transform 
  is derived. Cross validation is used to give confidence in the transform, 
  prior to its application to the whole seismic volume. Any measured or 
  calculated logs such as porosity, density of water-saturation may be 
  predicted and the technique may also be applied in pure log applications.

  ISMap is a geostatistical mapping tool designed for comparison and statistical 
  analysis of mapped data sets. Customary data inputs to the program are a 
  combination of dense, yet "fuzzy" data such as seismic attribute extractions, 
  and sparse, accurate data such as measured well log data. The concept is that
  a new map is generated which honors the sparse measured data, while retaining 
  the spatial continuity of the denser data set.

  PRO4D is a program that integrates all of the key elements required for 
  time-lapse seismic studies. It provides a well log toolkit for fluid replacement
  modelling and synthetic seismic generation, together with seismic processing 
  functionality. This gives interactive display, comparison, calibration and 
  interpretation of 4D seismic data volumes.

  PROMC is a new software package developed though an industry consortium between 
  2001 and 2003. It provides an integrated framework for the interpretation and 
  modelling of multi-component seismic data. The software makes the execution of 
  everyday tasks on multi-component data straight forward through an easy-to-use
  and intuitive work environment

  STRATA is a seismic inversion product designed to transform post-stack seismic 
  volumes to impedance traces for lithology and fluid determinations. Traditional 
  and elastic impedance processes are provided, utilizing various inversion methods. 
  All ancillary data manipulation needs, such as wavelet extraction, log 
  correlation, model building and seismic processing are included. Through a
  comprehensive project based database, STRATA can access data from our other 
  programs such as AVO and EMERGE. This allows techniques such as pseudo S-inversion,
  LMR and EI inversion to be performed.
