    AutoDesk的客戶流失，這一次Autodesk特別針對建築的電子配線推出了最新的Buil-
    ding Electrical V2.0 for Architectural Desktop，這一套雖然是支援Autodesk
    的建築產品Architectural Desktop 的程式，但是你仍可以單獨使用，而且這套軟
    體是支援最新的Windows XP的哦(也是Autodesk第一套通過的軟體哦!!)。而這套軟
    體具備有十大特色：1.智慧配線、2.具備多種2D及3D的符號、3.裝設排程控管、4.
    電流負符分析計算、5.設備管理、6.障礙偵測、7.可產生分析報告、8.文件控管、
    9.線路設計工具、10方用定位導向功能•

    1. Intelligent Wiring—Intelligent objects know their form, fit, and
    function, so they behave according to their real-world properties. Because
    you can use intelligent wiring for your electrical systems, you can easily
    perform circuit analysis, generate schedules, and modify circuits. This
    feature can help you reduce costly errors and increase productivity.
 
    2. Intelligent Electrical Devices—Autodesk electrical devices provide
    traditional 2D symbology that supports current design and documentation
    processes. They also provide 3D object representations that complete
    the building model, allowing for interference detection with other objects
    created by the building systems software and helping avoid errors before
    construction.

    3. Panel Schedule—Extracts design data from the drawing to generate a
    panel schedule. An easy-to-use interface asks for the title of the
    schedule, panel size and type, cabinet type, and other pertinent
    information. Data extracted includes area served, total connected load,
    and the load on each bus. Combined with circuit analysis tools, this
    feature simplifies documentation of electrical systems.

    4. Circuit Analysis Tools—Complete a circuit analysis to aid with wire
    and panel sizing, quickly generate total loads, and generate reports for
    easy documentation.

     5. Equipment Builder—MvPart technology gives you the ability to retrieve
     industry-specific equipment and integrate it into your design. This
     capability allows you store custom equipment for future use and increases
     productivity by providing 2D/3D multiview blocks with enhanced properties
     that assist with labeling and scheduling.

     6. Interference Detection—One of the greatest advantages of a 3D model
     is the ability to check for conflicts. Built with ObjectARXR technology,
     Autodesk Building Electrical highlights interferences to make them easier
     to find. Feedback like interference detection helps you create a more
     accurate building model, minimizing costly errors.

     7. Schematic Builder—This feature allows you to quickly produce schematic
     diagrams that include intelligent schematic lines and symbols without the
     hassles of trimming lines and rotating blocks. You can also import
     existing schematic blocks, helping you maintain your company’s standard
     symbology.

     8. Scheduling—Use scheduling features to track any object or entity in a
     drawing. Because schedules are linked to your design data, they update as
     your design changes, increasing accuracy. You can customize your schedule
     tables by specifying layout, text placement, columns, and data. You can
     place schedules within the drawing or export them to an external database
     file.

     9. Cable Trays and Conduits—Work with single-line, 2D, or 3D cable trays
     and conduits. With intelligent 3D objects, you can check for interferences
     with other building systems objects and still provide a 2D plan
     representation for construction documentation. Cable trays and conduits
     improve design accuracy while supporting existing drafting practices.

     10. Compass (Navigation Tool)—The compass aids with the routing of cable
     trays and conduits. Because you don’t have to worry about the user
     coordinate system, you can navigate through complex bends and junctions
     as you lay out your electrical system. The compass also helps you make the
     transition from 2D to 3D design.
