2D features:
Design teams can review and annotate documents, 2D
drawings and 3D models without changing the original
file. Beyond standard 2D viewing and redlining tools,
MYRIAD offers enhanced drawing navigation capabilities,
including: Side-by-Side Compare for easy viewing of
original and revised versions; Birds Eye, for panoramic
viewing; Eye Glass, for a magnified look, a Hide tool
to restrict visibility to specific data, and the ability
to embed banners and watermarks.
3D features:
MYRIAD's extensive 3D toolset lets you view, markup,
analyze and publish documents, drawings and models.
Use one of 11 predefined orbits to position your
model, and from among seven render modes to view it.
Find and identify parts easily with MYRIAD𠏋 exploded
view, part highlighting, adjust transparency, and hide
parts tools. Create cuts and cross sections by width,
length and height. Obtain exact measurements of model
geometry with analysis tools to measure distance, arcs,
circles, etc., and figure dimensions for arc, part,
circle, relative angle, etc.
Collaboration and Publishing features:
In addition to local, remote and MPS or script-enabled
batch printing, MYRIAD lets you print to scale, print
the current view, print ISO banners and watermarks,
high resolution printing, and remote print/plot server
interface. MYRIAD also offers you several ways to
communicate and collaborate with CAD users and non-CAD
users.
MYRIAD's unique Changemarks?feature facilitates the
engineering change order (ECO) process by guiding
reviewers step-by-step through all proposed changes in
a document set. This provides you with a fast, accurate
way to account for all redlines, and ensure they've
been incorporated into revised drawings.
Use Side-by-Side Compare to verify the revised drawing
includes all changes, and to check subtle differences
between your original and revised versions. You can
print Changemarks with related notes for paper
distribution, or publish as HTML files to allow your
clients and suppliers access to drawings without
requiring them to purchase additional software.
Use MYRIAD to create 3D ViewSets of specific areas of
drawings to highlight parts and cross-sections for
review by members of your design team. Publish to HTML
to provide non-CAD users access (such as giving the
purchasing department information needed to order
materials, or specifications to a vendor). You can
also export models to 3D Studio in their original
format, including all cross-sections, dimensions,
exploded views, and cutaways to create presentations
for clients, investors or business development.
